We provide fence installation, repair, and maintenance services in Morgan Hill, CA and surrounding areas. We'll do our best to complete your project as discussed, but sometimes things like weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions can affect timing.

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price may change if we discover additional work is needed once we start the project.

Scheduling and Appointments

When you book a consultation or service with us, we'll do our best to show up on time. If something comes up and we need to reschedule, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps us plan our work and serve other customers.

Payment Terms

We typically require a deposit before starting work. The remaining balance is due when the project is completed to your satisfaction. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

If payment is not received within 30 days of project completion, we may charge interest on the outstanding balance.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. If there's a problem with the installation or materials we provided, let us know and we'll make it right. Our warranty covers workmanship defects for one year from project completion.

Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and vary by product. We'll help you understand what's covered when we discuss your project.

Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for making sure we have clear access to the work area. This means moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, or other items that might be in the way. You'll also need to make sure pets are secured during our work.

It's important that you get any necessary permits or HOA approvals before we start. We can advise you on what might be needed, but ultimately this is your responsibility as the property owner.

Property Damage

We take great care to protect your property while we work. If we accidentally damage something, we'll repair or replace it. However, we're not responsible for damage to underground utilities that aren't properly marked or disclosed to us.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We're not responsible for indirect damages or losses that result from delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll post the updated terms on our website with a new date at the top.
